Business Spotlight
The story behind CVA Products didn’t begin with a business plan—it began with heartbreak. Trang, a devoted mother and now founder of CVA Products, watched her young daughter suffer from severe eczema for four agonizing years. The condition was so painful and persistent that her daughter rarely left the house. Trang tried everything doctors recommended, including steroid creams, but she worried deeply about the long-term effects. She knew there had to be a better way.
When the COVID-19 pandemic slowed life down, Trang finally had something she hadn’t had in years: time. She used it to research alternative treatments, read extensively, and explore holistic remedies. That’s when she discovered goat milk soap. Determined not to rely on store-bought products with unknown ingredients, Trang enrolled in soapmaking classes, studied formulations, and began crafting her own recipes—ones specifically designed for sensitive skin and eczema.
The results were transformational. Her daughter’s skin began to heal, and over time, they were able to stop using steroid creams altogether. Seeing her daughter smile again and play outside without discomfort was a victory that changed everything. Trang realized that if she could help her daughter, she might be able to help others too.
With her husband’s support, Trang launched CVA Products from a modest storefront in Keller, Texas. At the time, she was still working full-time, raising four children, and managing a growing business. But she was driven by purpose. CVA Products started small—attending outdoor events during the pandemic, connecting with other vendors, and slowly building a loyal community. They expanded into city events, farmer’s markets, and expos. While they experimented with Facebook and Google ads, most of their growth came from word-of-mouth and genuine relationships.
Trang’s approach to business has always been rooted in education and empathy. She believes that understanding a customer’s skin concerns is more important than making a sale. One moment that stands out in her memory was when a customer ordered a product she knew wouldn’t help their condition. Trang reached out, explained why, and guided them toward a better solution—even though it wasn’t one of her own. That kind of care builds trust and turns customers into lifelong advocates.
Over the years, Trang has received countless messages from people whose lives have changed because of CVA Products. One story that still brings tears to her eyes came from a mother whose daughter had cracked, bleeding eczema on her hands. After using Trang’s balm, the girl’s skin healed—without needing a dermatologist. Trang broke down crying when she read that email. It reminded her exactly why she started this journey.
For Trang, CVA Products isn’t just a business—it’s a mission. She wants people to know that gentle, effective alternatives exist. She wants parents to feel hope again. She wants children to feel comfortable in their own skin. Every product she makes, every conversation she has with a customer, is rooted in that mission.
Trang’s commitment to natural skincare goes beyond ingredients—it’s about empowerment. She educates her customers, listens to their stories, and helps them find solutions tailored to their needs. Whether someone is struggling with eczema, sensitive skin, or simply wants to learn more about holistic care, Trang is there to help.
Her journey began with her daughter, but it continues with every person she meets who’s searching for relief. Sometimes, our greatest challenges lead us to our most meaningful work. That’s what CVA Products is all about—healing, hope, and heart.
